We have access to their entire collection and have several sizes of the following items in stock for immediate delivery so come in today!
The Maitresse Garter Belt
Combining functionality with serious glamour, our deep Maitresse Garter belt features satin side panels, a powermesh front and back, and a discreet frill around the edges.
We guarantee it will give a lovely smooth line under clothing, and that the six, metal tipped garters will keep your stockings firmly in place, and your seams perfectly straight.
Most vintage versions seem to have had only four garters, which is far less secure and could have been responsible for the decline in popularity of the stocking in the first place! By far our best-selling garter belt, the Maitresse is worn by serious stocking enthusiasts and pin-up girls the world over.
The Maitresse Narrow Garter Belt
Classic narrow suspsender belt with 6 straps to ensure your seams stay straight.
In the 1950s, it was common to find both narrow and deep garter belts. Which you favour is entirely a matter of personal preference, so we leave the choice up to you! This cute little belt is only 3.5 inches deep, and is primarily made from stretchy powermesh, with a non stretch satin panel at the front. The narrower style is easier to wear knickers over, which in turn makes calls of nature a breeze!
The six Garters have metal clips, and will both hold your stockings up securely, and stop your seams from wandering.
The Maitresse Bullet Bra
Beautifully crafted soft-cup spiral stitch '50s style bra that is supportive, comfortable, 100% period perfect, and definitely What Katie Did's signature product.
Unlike modern bras, which push the breasts inwards and upwards, the Maitresse Bullet Bra gently coaxes your breasts into the perfect 1950s conical shape. It's actually very healthy to wear non-wired, soft cup bras on a day-to-day basis, and our bullet bras are deemed to be so supportive that one customer even wears hers to the gym in lieu of a sports bra. We don't recommend everyone does the same, of course!
What Katie Did were the first company to revive the bullet bra over a decade ago, adapting an original 1950s pattern and adding several more cup sizes to suit the modern figure. We seem to have 'inspired' several other companies to produce their own since then, both here and in Europe. We firmly believe that due to our strict quality control process and the consummate skill of our seamstresses (it can take up two years to perfect the intricate spiral stitching required for each bra), our original version is still the best.
The Marlene Garter Belt
Four strap garter belt in sheer vintage peach organza and black satin. Adapted from a 1950s pattern.
At first glance you'd think there was no way this piece was vintage, but it really is taken from a vintage design: albeit not in such a dramatic colourway. The majority of garter belts in the 1950s featured 4 clips, and if that's good enough for they heyday of stocking-wear it's good enough for us!
The Marlene Bullet Bra
Striking two-tone bullet bra combining black satin with sheer peach organza. Features our signature circlular stitching on the cup.
Unlike modern bras, which push the breasts inwards and upwards, the Marlene Bullet Bra gently coaxes your breasts into the perfect 1950s conical shape.

The Cabaret Garter Belt
Sheer organza deep garter belt with vintage style stitch detailing. The non-stretch construction means it's lightly shaping across the tummy and thighs; and hugely flattering on a range of shapes and sizes.
It's finished with a hint of powermesh at the back, for a perfect fit, and features six of our infallible, metal garterer clips. Every aspiring bombshell needs one of these sheer garter belts in their arsenal!
The Cabaret Bullet Bra
Our signature circle-stitched 1950s style bullet bra has been given a new identity, with the bottom half of the cups in slinky satin and the tops left tantalisingly sheer.
We guarantee it will keep you standing to attention at all times, pert, pointed and perfectly supported, looking smashing under sweaters and dresses alike.
Available in vintage peach and classic black.
