All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain, unmarked package!!!

Most orders are processed within 1 business day.

We do not ship on the weekends and certain major holidays. Fedex and USPS do not deliver on these days so keep that in mind when counting the number of days it will take to receive your package.

We do not require a signature upon delivery.

International Orders: Please select "international shipping." We are not responsible for customs fees.

Free shipping promos are for ground shipping only unless otherwise stated.  This excludes international orders.

Backorders
While we try to maintain a high inventory level on the most popular items, there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock.  If this is the case, we will e-mail you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order.
